Grievance made in this Petition is that inspite of succeeding in the proceedings taken out for mutation of the Petitioner's name in the Property Card, the City Survey Office is not implementing the said decision. Thus, the Petitioner is required to file this Writ Petition simply because a Government Officer has failed to perform his duty. 2.

We direct that the Respondent will take necessary steps as required in law within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.

The Registry shall send the copy of this order alongwith Petition to the Superintendent of Land Record, Nagpur who is the SMGate
