By this petition, the petitioners challenge the order dated 4.7.2014 on an application, Exh.8, filed by the respondents for temporary injunction.
Ms. Mahashabde, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the application Exh.8 for grant of temporary injunction has been withdrawn by the respondents and, therefore, the cause for filing the writ petition as well as the order dated 4.7.2014, would not survive.
On the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
