This Court as per the order dated 29th July, 2019 was pleased to direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case within four months. It could not be disposed of by the learned Magistrate, Amravati. As per his letter dated 26th November, 2019 he has asked for the extension of two months.

Already, statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is recorded and now the matter is fixed for final arguments.

The reasons quoted in the application are satisfactory. Extension is granted. Two months' period is given from today to dispose of the case. Inform the learned Magistrate accordingly.
