Since the appeal is dismissed, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant with the interests.

The respondent is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited with the interest accrued.

Shri Limaye, the learned counsel for the respondent states that although the principal amount i.e. amount deposited is withdrawn, the respondent has not been permitted to withdraw accrued interests. 4.
The Registry shall permit the respondent to withdraw the accrued interest.
