The facts stated in the application were already noticed by the Court while issuing Rule in Writ Petition on 10.6.2015. In the circumstances of the case, the prayer made in the civil application is rejected. More so, Shri N.R. Patil, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that the documents reflecting that the petitioner had received the salary from the Government exchequer for the years 1985 to 1989 are not to be found in the Accountant General's office, Treasury or with the concerned Bank.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
