Shri M.P. Khajanchi, Advocate for the petitioners / judgment debtors submitted that during pendency of the Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.6/2018 before the District Court, judgment debtors have filed an application (Exh. No.41) raising objection as per Order 21 Rule 34 of the Code of Civil Procedure and, therefore, the petitioners are not pressing this petition, and seek liberty to pursue their objection filed vide application (Exh. No.41).

2] The petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue their objection as requested. Learned trial Judge shall consider the objection filed by the petitioners vide application (Exh. No.41) as per law.
