The non-applicant has filed this application to recall the order dated 08.07.2025 whereby the matter, which is pending before the Extra Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur is transferred to the Family Court, Yavatmal. After hearing the Counsel for the applicant the application was allowed. The non-applicant was not present. It is submitted by the applicant that due to heavy rain the learned Counsel was stuck up in the District Court and could not reach the Court. On the next day, the matter was mentioned before the Court. 2.

The learned Counsel for the non-applicant is also present before the Court. The non-applicant wants to bring some facts on record that the applicant is taking education in Chandrapur and she is doing up-down from Chandrapur to Yavatmal. This fact remained to be brought on record as the Counsel was not present.

As the matter is already disposed of, the application has become infructuous.
