The petitioner, who is the widow, claims that her husband died due to falling of wall upon him. According to the petitioner, as per the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2023, she is entitled for financial help. However, after going through the petition it lacks basic pleadings about the death of the husband of the petitioner and how this Government Resolution would apply to her case.

However, when it is expressed by this Court about lack of pleadings, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition. It appears that the petition was filed in a most casual manner and therefore, the amendment cannot be permitted. 3.

Amendment can be permitted only when, despite due care, certain errors remained. However, we find that, a proper care was not taken while drafting the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, by making relevant and material pleadings, disclosing all necessary facts.
