It appears that non-applicant is served on 04/11/2023. However, no appearance on his behalf.

The present application is filed by applicant for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-1746/2022 pending before the learned Family Court, Nagpur.

The distance between Akola to Nagpur is around 253 km. As such, it would be inconvenient and she would suffer more hardship to attend the dates at Nagpur. She may require to travel around 500 km. to attend the dates.

As such, I proceed to pass the following order:

O R D E R

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The proceeding i.e. H.M. Petition No.A-1746/2022 pending before the Family Court No.3, Nagpur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to learned Family Court, Akola.

iii) The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur is requested to facilitate the transfer.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
