This appeal is directed against the judgment and award dated 20.02.2012 passed by the ad-hoc District Judge3, Washim. It is pointed out that in the said judgment, while deciding the issue of compensation, the learned Judge has relied on the judgment in L.A.C. No.110/2005 about the land from village Pangri Navghare, District Washim. The land in the present appeal is from village Bolhi, Taluka Malegaon, District Washim. The appeal filed against the judgment in L.A.C. No.110/2005 is admitted by this Court. Hence, ADMIT.
Learned counsel Shri V.K. Paliwal waives notice of hearing on behalf of the respondent no.1.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms N.P. Mehta waives notice of hearing on behalf of the respondent no.2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer of stay pending appeal made in the civil application is
FA1101-14 granted on the condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire amount under the award along with interest accrued thereon within a period of eight weeks in this Court. The civil application is disposed of.
