On 19/7/2017, an application for adjournment was moved on the part of the present applicant-accused before learned J.M.F.C.Digras. The reason for adjournment was that applicant was intending to engage other counsel. The application was rejected on 19/7/2017 by learned Magistrate on the ground that the matter was posted for final argument, however on the said date the learned Magistrate did not hear the matter finally and granted time. According to learned counsel for petitioner the matter is adjourned till 4/8/2017. According to learned counsel for the petitioner the learned Magistrate has refused permission to engage another counsel. Such is not the order passed by the learned Magistrate. Hence rejected.
