Bhangde, Counsel for the applicant, Shri T.A. Mirza, Addl.P.P. for the non-applicant. CORAM : R OHIT B. DEO , J.

DATED : 2 5 - 0 7 -201 The applicant, who is arrested in Crime 192/2018 registered with Bhandara Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 109 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, is seeking enlargement on bail on the principle of parity. 2.

The submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant Shri A.K. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri T.A. Mirza fairly does not controvert the said submission. 3.

I have perused the material on record and the order dated 12-7-2018 in Criminal Application (BA) 658/2018. For reasons recorded in the said order, by and under which co-accused Pramod Wavdhane is released on bail, this application is allowed.
