C.A.S. NOs. 967/2018, 968/2018, 969/2018 & 970/2018. By these applications, the legal heirs of appellant no.1 are sought to be brought on record.

In the applications, it is stated that the appellant no.1 expired on 09.12.2016. In the meanwhile, the appeal was dismissed in default and the same was restored subsequently. The delay as caused is not deliberate. Copies of all the applications have been served on the counsel for the non-applicant. Considering reasons mentioned, the applications are allowed after condoning the delay and setting aside abatement. The legal heirs of appellant no.1 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within one week. All the applications are disposed of.
