Heard Shri Khapre, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and Shri M. Anilkumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

Shri Anilkumar, learned counsel for the respondent makes a statement on instructions that the Financial Institution i.e. respondent shall not take possession of the secured assets till 15.09.2022, just to give an opportunity to the petitioners to approach before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. 3.

We are of the view that the stand taken by the respondent is reasonable, and therefore, we accept the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent and dispose of the writ petition accordingly with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal for redressal of their grievance in the matter.
