Heard Shri G.G. Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri A.V. Palshikar, learned A.G.P. for respondent.

Learned A.G.P. who earlier represented respondent State points out that the respondent no.1 State Government has been deleted because of orders of this Court dated 07.10.2015.

Shri Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.2 Smt. V.P. Naik, is now transferred and Mr. Patil, has joined as Deputy Director. He is therefore, seeking leave to

implead Mr. Patil as party respondent.

Judgment of Division Bench of this Court dated 06.02.2009, expected Scheduled Tribe Scrutiny Committee Amravati to decide the caste claim within 6 weeks. Grievance is, that decision has still not been taken, though period of more than 7 years had expired. Shri Mishra, learned counsel adds that after filing of this Contempt Petition, fresh vigilance enquiry was conducted, petitioner was given opportunity thereafter and again matter is closed.

In this situation, when Mr. Patil, has joined recently, we find that interest of justice can be met with by pointing out all these developments to Mr. Pati, thereby enabling the Committee to pass orders at the earliest.

Accordingly, we grant leave to present petition to point out orders of this Court personally to Mr. Patil with appropriate representation. Mr. Patil, shall in view of this order and earlier judgment, see that the Scrutiny Committee passes appropriate orders within a period of four weeks of the receipt of representation.

Period of four weeks shall start after the

order of this Court and representation is brought to the notice of Mr. Patil.

We have taken note of the fact that Mr.

Patil is not party to this Contempt Petition, however, only to see that the orders of this Court are complied with at the earliest, we have issued these directions. In view of above, Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
