:
B.R. GAVAI AND A.S. CHANDURKAR, JJ.
DATE :
17th January, 2017 Heard.
The petitioner has approached this Court requesting for transferring him to the Open Prison at Paithan, since the petitioner's family resides at Nanded. Perusal of the reply would reveal that taking into consideration the availability of space, a decision has been taken to transfer the petitioner to Aurangabad Central Prison, which is near Nanded.
We find that since the main concern of the petitioner is that he should be near the place where is family resides, the same stands answered by his transfer to Aurangabad, which is near Nanded.
In that view of the matter, the petition has served its purpose and it is disposed of.
Fees payable to learned Adv. [appointed] for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500-00 [rupees one thousand five hundred only].
Judge Judge.
