Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. informed that action has been taken by Commissioner of Police and two constables have been placed under suspension. He further submits that investigation is still going on. We think that the petitioner should wait till the investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed. In view of above, Criminal Writ Petition No.680/214 is disposed of with liberty to take such other steps as are available in law.
