This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. The delay is of 100 days. The Notices on this application are already issued. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri A.M. Balpande appears for non-applicant Nos.1 and 2. Though served, nobody appears for nonapplicant No.3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri Balpande fairly states that he has no objection for condoning the delay. Further, the applicant, in my view, has made a case for condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay of 100 days for lodging the appeal is hereby condoned. Office to register the first appeal.
