Civil Application (F) No.3160/2017:

This is an application filed by respondent No.1claimant for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no objection to withdraw the said amount subject to condition of respondent No.1 furnishing the solvent surety/security for 50% of the said amount.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court with interest accrued thereon, if any, subject to condition of filing usual undertaking and also furnishing solvent surety/security for 50% of the amount.

Application stands disposed of.
