The order impugned is appellable under Section 14(1) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964 (for short, the said Rules) particularly having regard to the claim which is required to be addressed in an appeal under Rule 14(1) (a) of the said Rules. The petitioner's claim is, with regard to grant of deemed date which is definitely having impact on the pension payable to the petitioner.

That being so, we permit the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Authority provided under the said Rules. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
