DATED : 26 -09-2024 By communication dated 14.10.2014, as regards the request for payment of Performance Rated Pay (PRP) for the period of service rendered on the units of Security Printing & Minting Corpn. India Ltd (SPMCIL) as General Manager, the Deputy General Manager (Personnel) of the SPMCIL Maniratna Category 1, CBSE turned down the request and it was informed that the criteria applicable is Clause No. (iv) of Annexure IV of DPE OM No.2(70)/08-DPE(WC)-GL-xvi/08 DATED 26.11.2008 and according to it, only Government Officers, who are on deputation to CPSE, will continue to draw the salary as per their entitlement in the parent Department and only those, who come on permanent absorption basis, will get the CPSE scales, perks and benefits. 2.

Despite this clear communication to the petitioner, he continued to represent to the respondent authority and right or wrong, he was indulged. It is his prayer in the petition that the representations made by him on 18.7.2016, 20.2.2017, 24.10.2018 and 24.4.2022 shall be decided.

Mrs. Chandurkar, the learned Counsel representing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has instructions to make a statement that the decision on the representations of the petitioner shall be
