By the present application, the applicant is seeking his release on bail for the offence punishable under Sections 354(A)(1), 354(D)(1) of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 8, 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence, 2012.

When the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the application.
