This civil application is for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased Rameshchandra Dwarkadas Kedia, petitioner no.1 herein.

The delay in taking out the present application is adequately explained in the civil application. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and abatement, if any, is set aside. The civil application is allowed in terms of the prayer by ordering the legal heirs of the deceased, petitioner no.1, being proposed petitioner nos.1(A), 1(B) and 1(C), to be impleaded as petitioners in place and stead of the deceased.
