Learned counsel Ms Pooja Sharma for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 2.

Learned counsel Shri K.P.Mahalle for the respondent No.1 does not oppose withdrawal of the writ petition, however opposes the grant of the liberty for approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Considering the facts that the petitioners have deposited amount of Rs.2,50,000/- pursuant to the order dated 2.11.2021, they are entitled for grant of liberty to take recourse to the legal proceedings.

Hence, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
