The matter is already disposed of on 26.6.2015. In terms of sub-paragraph No.(J) of paragraph No.24 of the orders of this Court dated 26.6.2015, report submitted by the Home Department is also received by the Registry of this Court.

In Criminal Application No.507 of 2011, filed by the present applicant, challenge was to order under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. That order already is upheld by this Court. The outcome of investigation report in paragraph No.23 shows that no case is prima facie made out against any of the accused persons.

It is apparent that impact of this investigation report or conclusion needs to be evaluated .....2/-

Accordingly, with liberty to the applicants to point out the said conclusion to the trial Court and leaving it open to the trial Court to consider the same in accordance with law, we close the proceedings. Needless to mention that all connected applications are also disposed of.
