CORAM : SMT.VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.B. CHAUDHARI, JJ.

DATE : JANUARY 8 , 2016.

C.A.W. NO.2583/2012.

This Court had delivered the judgment on 13.08.2012 issuing certain directions regarding holding of elections within a period of twelve weeks from the date of passing of the judgment.

It appears that Mr. K.B. Ambilwade, learned Advocate for the applicants, then filed application for clarification of judgment dated 13.08.2012, on 03.10.2012, i.e. even before elapsation of two months after delivery of the judgment. Since then, the application has been lying in the office and appears to have been circulated by the office itself. That being so and in light of the time bound directions in the judgment, the application has been rendered infructuous.

Mrs.K.B. Ambilwade, Advocate agrees with this opinion of this Court.

WP2087-10 Hence, the civil application is dismissed as infructuous.
