DATED : AUGUST 28, 2019 Mr. De, learned counsel for applicant submits that he has wrongly filed present application for bail, instead of filing statutory appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of present application with liberty to file an appeal before this Court. Prayer is accepted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that case of applicant was not heard on its own merit.
