The present matter was referred for mediation as the dispute arose out of the matrimonial dispute. Accordingly, the mediation report is received to this court dated 15.11.2025 whereby it is stated that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and accordingly they have executed the mutual agreement on certain terms and conditions. The mediation report dated 3.11.2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of in terms and conditions recorded in the mutual agreement between the parties.

Both the parties have duly signed the mutual agreement recorded before Mediator and, therefore, presence of parties before this court is dispensed with.
