Criminal Application [ABA] No. 171 of 2015 is allowed by this Court vide order dated 20th August, 2015. However, in the said order, a typing mistake has crept in. In the order, the crime number is typed as "Crime No. 3015/2015", instead of Crime No. 3025/2015. In that view of the matter, in the order dated 20th August, 2015 passed in Criminal Application No. 171 of 2015, Crime No. 3025/2015 should be read, instead of "Crime No. 3015/2015".

With this, the application is allowed and disposed of.
