Heard Shri S.D. Chande, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri V.A. Thakare, learned APP for non-applicant No. 1 and Shri S.S. Dhengale, learned counsel for nonapplicant No. 2. 2.

In the absence of proper explanation and incomplete documents pertaining to alleged First Information Report (FIR), the grievance cannot be appreciated. This Court has not passed any restraining orders and hence investigation into second FIR alleged to have been filed by the minor is underway.

Notice in the matter is issued on 24.08.2016 and the lacunae prevailing since then have not been made good off till this date.

In this situation, without observing anything on merits of the matter and with liberty to the petitioners to take such other steps as are open to them in law, we dispose of the present proceedings. No costs.
