The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the matter has been settled in National Lok Adalat on 12.03.2022 and the application has been filed seeking direction of this Court for deposit of amount of Rs.4,18,619/- (Four Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred and Nineteen Only) in the Registry of this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the original claimants has no objection, if the application for deposit of amount, is allowed.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed as prayed for.
