The Registry to issue demand draft, cheque in favour of State Bank of India, ADB Branch, Akot and hand over the same to the learned counsel for the said bank. The application is moved pursuant to the order dated 5.5.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that "Supreme Court lawyer has been approached" for challenging the order dated 5.5.2018.

The amount which is to be withdrawn by the respondent bank is to be credited in the loan account of the petitioners. In this view of the matter, notwithstanding the said statement of the learned counsel, I see no impediment in allowing the application.
