DATE : 31.08.2016 By these writ petitions, the petitioners have sought a direction against the respondent - Railways to consider the applications of the petitioners for renewal of their licence in terms of the Catering Policy, 2010.
Shri Lambat, the learned Counsel for the respondents states, by relying on the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent
no.2, that the petitioners are not desirous of seeking the renewal and they have informed about the same, to the respondent - authorities.
Shri Kilor, the learned Counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondents.
If the petitioners are not interested in seeking the renewal, the writ petitions would not survive. Hence, in view of the statements made on behalf of the parties, the writ petitions are disposed of with no order as to costs.
