The applicants/respondent Nos. (i) to (iv) have filed this application to direct the appellants to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 22,68,209/- along with the accrued interest thereon, in the Court. 3.

It appears that the First Appeal was dismissed on 15.02.2019, and since then, appellants failed to deposit said amount in the Court. Hence, application is allowed. The appellants are directed to deposit the said amount in this Court, within two weeks, failing which this Court will be constrained to issue summons to the concerned responsible officer or initiate contempt proceedings against him for non-compliance with the order of this Court.
