The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 28.07.2021 passed by the respondent No.1 during the pendency of the Writ Petition. By an alternate prayer, the petitioner also prays that the respondents may take steps to allot the lands from Survey Nos. 162, 451, 452, 349 and 361 at village Shivni (Bhondki), Tahsil Ramtek, District Nagpur in view of the petitioner's application dated 25.09.2017. 2.
Considering the nature of the amendment as proposed, the same is allowed.

The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
