Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In this petition, a prayer is made to direct the respondents to grant the benefit of the Scheme as enumerated in Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 30/04/1998.

Mr. Ghuge, learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the judgment and order dated 22/07/2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 178/2014 with W.P. No. 1350/2014.

The learned AGP for the State has produced for our perusal a G.R. dated 17/10/2025. Be that as it may, the petition can be disposed of in the light of direction given vide judgment and order dated 22/07/2014. 5.

Accordingly, we direct that, the present petition be treated as a representation by the respondents.

The representation, accordingly, shall be decided in the light of judgment and order dated 22/07/2014 so also G.R. dated 17/10/2025. The said exercise be done within a period of six weeks from today. 7.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition before the concerned authorities within a period of one week from today.

It is needless to mention that, if any compliance is required to be done at the instance of the petitioners, the respondent authorities should communicate the same to the petitioners within two weeks, and the petitioners should remove the deficiencies within a period of further two weeks.
