Criminal Application No.51/2018 has been filed by the wife for transfer the Regular Criminal Case No.248/2014 from the Court of JMFC, Chikhali, District-Buldhana to the Court of JMFC, Barshi, District-Solapur. The proceedings were under sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Criminal Application No.52/2018 has been filed by the minor children through her mother to transfer the Cri. Misc. Application No.462/2015 pending before the JMFC, Chikhli, District-Buldhana to the Court of JMFC, Barshi, District-Solapur. The learned advocate for the applicant as well as for the respondent submitted that the matter was referred for mediation by this court vide order dated 18.1.2019 and both these matters have been settled before the learned Mediator. It is submitted that the necessary order may be passed as per the consent terms.
