By this application, the applicant has sought prearrest bail in the crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 467 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court has passed order on 18th August, 2016 granting interim protection to the applicant. The non-applicant has filed reply on affidavit on 3rd October, 2016. There is no complaint by the nonapplicant that the applicant has misused the protection granted by this Court. The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the investigation is complete, chargesheet is ready and it will be filed within two weeks.

The applicant has stated in paragraph 15 of the application that there are no past antecedents showing involvement of the applicant in any other crime/ offence. Considering the facts of the case, in my view, the interim protection granted by this Court by the order passed

2 aba528.16 on 18th August, 2016 is required to be confirmed, however, on modified conditions:

In the event of arrest in Crime No. 25 of 2016, registered by Police Station, Gittikhadan, Nagpur, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.Twenty Thousand with two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency till filing of the chargesheet. After filing of the chargesheet the applicant shall attend the proceedings before the Court regularly on every date unless granted exemption by the Court.
