The application is strongly opposed by Shri Kadu, learned Counsel for the appellants.

The appellant has deposited the amount of compensation of Rs.1,08,45,250/- before this Court and Rs.48,68,799/- before the Reference Court.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The respondent nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% amount form the total amount deposited before this Court and before the Reference Court.
