The petitioners have approached this Court with a limited grievance that though their application for grant of stay is filed before the respondent no.1 on 6.8.2016, neither the application has been heard nor a date has been given for hearing on stay application.

We dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the application filed by the respondent no.1 for interim relief on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one month from today.

We, however, make it clear that we have not considered the matter on merits and the authority would decide the same after considering the material on record. Judge Judge J.
