ORDER

(Passed on 14th December 2019) 1] The appellant in person with Advocate Shri M.V. Rai for appellant is present.

2] The appellant has placed on record the terms of compromise in writing which is marked as "X" for identification. 3] The appellant and respondent has already compromised the matter and filed a joint pursis on record, No. 4261/2019 and now with this pursis he wants to withdraw the appeal. There is no sufficient reason to refuse the withdrawal.

4] Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 5] The matter is disposed of as withdrawn.
