The learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to the explanation given in the application, more particularly, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the application and by pointing out the same he submits that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay.

None appears for the non-applicants, though served, nor any reply is filed to this application opposing the condonation of delay.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons stated in the application and as there is no opposition by the non-applicants, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the delay in filing the second appeal is condoned.
