2] Learned AGP points that course to be conducted is by a college of respondent no. 3 of Pune and cause of action therefore has arisen outside territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3] We find substance in the contention.

4] Merely because applications are forwarded from this part of State of Maharashtra, that is not sufficient to constitute a cause of action within territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

5] Hence, with liberty to petitioner to approach principal seat of this Court with his grievance, we dispose of present writ petition. No costs.
