Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Admittedly, the respondent no.2 whose order of bail is sought to be cancelled, is on bail from the last one-and-a-half years. The only ground for cancellation of bail is about filing of FIR against him. There is no reason to cancel the bail. Application No. 79/2014 for cancellation of bail in respect of respondent no.2, is rejected. The trial is however, expedited.
