(2) Smt. Mrunal Barabde, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that the petitioner was elected as a Member of the Gram Panchayat in the year 2012. She submits that that period of Gram Panchayat has already over and fresh elections are conducted on 15.01.2021, therefore this writ petition has rendered infructuous. (3) Preciously it appears that therefore the counsel for the petitioner is not appearing in this matter. (4) The statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is accepted. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
