The petitioner has sought directions against the respondent No.1 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the Tribal claim of the petitioner expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of this petition, the Scrutiny Committee has decided the caste claim of the petitioner and hence, the petition become infructuous.
