The learned advocate for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive as the directions given by this Court in Writ Petition No. 235 of 2013 on 3rd March, 2016 are complied with.

The respondent No.1 has filed affidavit sworn on 10th April, 2017 pointing out that there is no wilful or deliberate delay in complying with the directions given by this Court. The respondent has also tendered unconditional apology.

In the above facts, I see no reason to initiate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents.

The notice issued by this Court is discharged. The contempt petition is disposed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

In view of disposal of the contempt petition, the application praying for taking documents on record does not survive, hence, it is disposed.
