This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application [APPA] No.312/2019, which was dismissed for want of removal of office objections.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. It appears that the Registry had raised some objections, which were not complied with by the applicant. Therefore, the appeal was dismissed with costs of Rs.3,000/-. The amount of costs is already deposited by the applicant. The learned Counsel for the applicant also assures that he would remove the office objections immediately.

Hence, the application is allowed. Criminal Application [APPA] No.312/2019 is restored to file subject to removal of the office objections.
