DATE : 17/03/2023 1] Mr. Panpalia, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 & 3 are agreeable, that since by the order dated 27.8.2021 passed by this Court, the amount of compensation deposited with the Land Acquisition Officer has been directed to be invested in Fixed Deposit, the same arrangement can be continued, till Special Civil Suit No. 2/2019 is finally decided.

2] Accepting the statement of the learned counsels for the parties, the petition is disposed of by directing the arrangement as spelt out in the order dated 27.8.2021 passed by this Court to continue till the decision of the suit, which is of the
