2] The petitioners intend to bring on record event that occurred after passing of the impugned order and before filing the Writ Petition. The petitioners claim that they were not aware of this development and have recently come to know the same.

3] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for. The petitioners shall amend the petition within seven working days from today. Amended copy be served on the other side.

4] The Civil Application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO. 2019/2021 5] Once amendment is carried out, issue notice to newly added respondent, namely, Sangita Diliprao Ingle, returnable on 10/9/2024.
